Had a great time with friends at this lovely spot! Rooms were super clean and comfy. Breakfast was tasty, especially the gluten-free options. Phil and Vanda were awesome hosts, always making sure we had what we needed. It's close to shops and restaurants, making it perfect for exploring! Highly recommend a stay here.
The only downside was that the shower pressure was a bit too much, which caught me off guard. Otherwise, everything else was enjoyable.

great stay but shower pressure could improve
The hosts were exceptionally accommodating, providing gluten-free options that made my breakfast enjoyable. The attention to detail, like gluten-free biscuits upon arrival, was a genuinely thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the warm welcome and guidance from Phil on local dining options, which enhanced my experience significantly.
The shower pressure in my room could have been better.

great service but shower pressure could improve
The staff provided exceptional friendliness and attentiveness throughout our stay. I particularly appreciated the thorough explanation provided at check-in, which included a detailed tour of the property. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the service during breakfast was both friendly and efficient. Our friends also mentioned they enjoyed their spacious room with a comfy bed, saying it felt very inviting.
The shower pressure in our room was not quite adequate, making it a bit disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the fantastic breakfast with delicious poached eggs and the cozy, clean room that had everything we needed. The leisure room was perfect for unwinding, and we loved the tranquil ambiance it provided. It would have been even better if there was a mirror in a more accessible spot, but that didn’t take away from our enjoyable visit! 😊

Just a suitable option for a flash visit in Penrith with real value for money. The breakfast was spot on with lots of choices. Arrive a bit later if you can for a smoother check-in.
